The  Mechanics of Business English

This is our flagship program specifically designed for technical professionals starting out with their first English for business or wanting to brush up their communication skills.

Over four weeks students work on a range of different communication skills and scenarios to build their written and spoken Business English confidence and capability.

Delivered online in small group cohorts ensuring both individualized attention and peer to peer learning the program covers:

  • Accent reduction to speak in clear, concise, and Business English

  • Writing clear, concise, and effective business emails

  • How and when to use technical words in business correspondence

  • Using logical thinking in Business English

  • Developing phone/webinar listening skills to give clear responses

After competing the program, students are able to:

  • Feel more confident about their verbal and written communication skills

  • Have a more positive mindset about their English language skills

  • Engage better with customers and colleagues

  • Get their point across  more easily, speak effectively, and close more deals
